Overview
This was a group collaboration for an onboarding for a new business/product called What Caused this. This is a product for people who need RCA'S (Root Cause Analysis) creating and organising. I was mostly involved in the research, organisation and visual design. At the end we presented our work to the professionals behind this company and they really loved our designs which are above and below this text.
The Planning
We each did our own initial and additional research along with competitor analysis. We then looked at the current user flow for the What Caused This onboarding and what they have so far. It did not have any Sign In process or ways to access the dashboard for RCA's. We then explored tone of voice (changing text to improve the user's journey) and then looked at new user flow routes for the new onboarding.
